I am a Miami native, having attended New World School of the Arts and the University of Miami, School of Law. Before becoming a lawyer, I worked as professional dancer/choreographer with several dance companies and obtained a BFA in Dance and History of Art and Criticism from Florida State University.
As a former performing artist, I bring first-hand experience and understanding to the creative talent I represent. While I am prepared to represent artists at all stages of their career, I focus my practice on developing and guiding young artists. I represent a wide-array of individuals, creative spaces, and media entities, reflecting my commitment to developing opportunities within the ever-evolving multimedia landscape of today's entertainment industry. I am an entertainment lawyer specializing in art law and music management.
Before MC Law, I worked for nearly 10 years as a senior defense litigator on complex litigation matters. I began my career as a judicial clerk for Justice Barbara Lagoa at the Third District Court of Appeals and Justice Peggy Quince at the Florida Supreme Court. Although I no longer actively litigate cases, rest assured you are getting the same bull dog I once was in the courtroom.
I will fight for you and make sure you are getting the best deal possible while maintaining creative control over your vision.
